If you think that you have items missing from your order please contact us via the Support Centre or by using the live chat facility so we can look into this issue for you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a shipment with something missing you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
If you think you are missing one or more items from your order then please get in touch and we will verify the claim against the pre-shipment image of your order and provide that image to you for verification purposes. Pre-shipment images are taken of every order immediately before they are sealed for shipment and only where we verify your claim with these images can we provide a resolution.
Where we find a substantiated claim we will be happy to credit the cost of any missing items back to you in eucalyptus points.
