If you do not want to provide the information requested or are unable to do so then we may be able to request payment by an alternative means and subsequently refund your card payment to you.

Alternatively, we can immediately cancel your order and refund your payment to you card.


Unfortunately credit / debit card fraud is increasingly presenting problems for online merchants and specifically those in our industry and we are expected to be proactively vigilant by our payment providers.  As a result these anti-fraud measures are not optional and are something we are obliged to insist on.

We apologise for any inconvenience these anti-fraud measures may cause, however, we must ensure that we take every step to minimise both our and our customers' exposure to potential fraud.
