This section relates to returns where you have changed your mind about the purchase or wish to exchange your products for something else. It does not cover damaged or imperfect goods. You can find information relating to those topics here.
Please comply with the following conditions and we will be happy to process your return:
- Returns must reach us with the Beanbox shrinkwrap in place and unbroken and within 28 days of the date we shipped your order.
- Please ensure that you open a support ticket detailing your return before posting the items back to us. You must have received a RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) before shipping the return. Failure to do this may result in your shipment not being accepted for return.
- Create a support ticket providing details of your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack your goods well so they don't get damaged en route back to us.
- Ensure that your package is well sealed to avoid any possibility of losing the contents during transit.
- Clearly write your return address on the outside of your package.
- Please ensure that you pay for the postage of your item. We do not offer pre-paid or free returns.
- Please use a signature required service so that you have both proof of posting and proof of delivery.
- Please note that we accept no liability for return shipments until they arrive safely back with us. We cannot help with tracking or any other request in association with your return.
