Free and / or promotional seeds and gift strains must be claimed while you are in the shopping basket screen. If you qualify for free seeds or any other promotional offers or items then you will be presented with the promo popup window once you enter the basket page.
If you close the window accidentally then you can reactivate it by clicking the Free Gift banner in the basket page.
You must add your free and / or promotional seeds to the basket if you want them to be included with your order.
GYO Seedbank's monthly free seed promotions are provided on a fair use policy of one per customer. If you have ordered twice in quick succession then free seeds might only be added to one of your orders.
In the unlikely event that your free or promotional seeds that have been claimed are missing from your order due to a packing error then GYO Seedbank reserves the right to replace them with an appropriate amount of Eucalyptus Points as a substitute for the error.
We are unable to resend free seeds under any circumstances.
