If you have purchased insurance then your order was Protected. In this scenario you should qualify for a free resend of your order and we will be happy to action this for you in line with the mail carrier's delivery schedule.
In general, this means that an item cannot be classified as undelivered or lost until a minimum period of 30 working days* from the date of shipping. In order for us to resend we must allow the carrier the requisite time to complete the delivery.
Once this period has elapsed and, providing the goods are still not with you, we'll be able to resend your shipment within 24 hours.
