If you miss your delivery and fail to rearrange delivery or collect it from your local mail centre within a certain time period then the mail carrier will return the goods to us.  


Once we receive the returned shipment we will notify you and ask you to repurchase your original shipping tariff in order that we can resend your order to you.


We accept no liability for the return until it is delivered back to us. We will not reship the goods for free unless we've specifically agreed to do so on a case by case basis.


Protected shipment guarantees i.e those where insurance has been purchased do not cover this type of issue and will not qualify for a free resend.
