If your order is more than 30-40 working days old then it is likely that your order has been lost by the mail carrier.

If your ordered using an untracked shipping method then unfortunatley we are not able to help in identifying what has happened to your order. We always recommend using a tracked delivery option so that we can easily identify where the item is and can remedy the situation.

We do occasionally receive returns for untracked shipments (often due to incomplete or incorrect addresses). If this happens we will email you to let you know the goods are back with us and to re-arrange delivery.

Mail does get lost fairly regularly so please consider this when making your buying decision.  Unless you're prepared to lose the goods then we would recommend using a tracked shipping method.
