Order not arrived

If your order has not arrived but it is less than 30 working days from the date of shipping please remain patient. We are obliged by the mail carriers to wait 30 days before we can consider an order as lost.

  • I used an untracked / un-guaranteed shipping method
  • I used a tracked / guaranteed shipping method
