We consider the tracking and delivery reports as provided by the carrier to be final proof of delivery.  

Any delivery disputes must be directed to the mail carrier responsible for carrying out the delivery in your locality.  Whilst we will support you as best we can with information we are unable to directly provide assistance in these circumstances.  

Please ensure that you carefully check the details you entered for your shipping address are correct and do not contain any mistakes. 

Common mistakes include forgetting apartment numbers, incorrectly entering your state or using an invalid zip code.

Should any part of your address be incorrect it may invalidate any insurance or guarantee relating to the shipment.
